4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have been fully delivered or customized to your specific requirements are non-refundable.
  • Subscription-based services may only be refunded for the unused portion of the service period.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel a service before it has been initiated without any cancellation fee.
  • If a service has already been initiated, cancellation may not be possible, or partial charges may apply.

2. How to Cancel a Service

  • We will confirm your cancellation request within 3 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time, but you must do so at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription if canceled after the billing cycle has started.
